Camp #1 – Speed, Power and Agility
In this very demanding camp we breakdown all skating, balance, shooting, puck handling, passing skills and challenge the kids
with parachute, bungie cord and spring board training to build strength and stamina.

Complete skills training. Focus is on forward and backward skating, balance, passing, puck handling, shooting and small area games.
Our goal is to teach the kids life skills, using hockey training.

Individual skills for all defensemen, Skating techniques, backwards skating and pivoting, balance, speed, agility and acceleration. Puck handling, passing, (D to D) shooting, and learning to play the man. Corner work, clearing front of net. 1 on 1, 2 on 1, etc will be part of the concept hour.
